How do I make a complaint?
We will always try to resolve your queries to your satisfaction. However, if you wish to make a complaint, you can contact Companjon's Complaints team at complaints@companjon.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer your complaint to an external dispute resolution body.
